State Councils include many of the same features as subordinate Councils, but a state website (see www.njkofc.org) also includes the following:
- Listing of all state officers, state deputy’s staff, past grand knights, and state program personnel.
- Listing (through a search engine) of every subordinate Council throughout the state, each with its own map, and details.
- Password protection with several security levels providing additional access and features not available to the general public.
- Access (with appropriate clearance) to online Grand Knights’ Manual and District Deputy Manual.
- Ability to open, complete and submit electronically all state and Supreme forms that do not require payments or signatures.
- Ability to open, complete and print out all state and Supreme forms that do require payments and/or signatures.
- Electronic tabulation of data generated by electronic filings, reports are accessible to state program directors, district deputies and/or state officers.
- Calendars for all County events linked to, and coordinated with, all state program events.
- Listing of all degrees scheduled throughout the state.
- Password-protected access to conferring officers and degree team captains.
- Monthly membership and program reports, including ability to list delinquent Councils.
- Automatic registration of all members throughout the state, and assignment of their security level through a statewide database of active members within the state.
- And many more features that might be required by the individual states through the capabilities of the CMS modules.
The cost to individual states, including utilization of a special Adobe PDF Server, is a one-time set-up fee of $2,500, plus $2,495 billed annually.
